dragon wing begonia
hybrida Dragon Wing

This is a great bedding plant as well as a show stopper in a container. Large clusters of red or pink blooms are set atop lustrous green foliage. This plant will flower untill the first frost. Plant after the soil warms in the spring. Purchase from your local garden center. This will not take intense sun here in the Carolinas like the Wax Begonia. Appyl a slow release continuous feeding fertilizer, fertilizer should not touch the stems. Pay special attention to water needs when you first plant your begonia.
